Business Message

Caramba Tequila is a unique brand of tequila. We as a company are dedicated to keeping our tequila pure in its process. We do however add our own special touches to the aging processes, blending craftsmanship from across the globe to bring to the consumer a new blend of ultra premium tequila.

From the famous region of Jalisco, abundant components such as adequate altitude, rich soil and the right amount of humidity combine to permit our blue agave, to flourish. Tequila is produced by various techniques, many handed down from generation to generation, as is ours. This is done to create a unique taste that satisfies even the most demanding palates throughout the world. We have a world renowned master distiller who oversees our production.

We work with four agave plantations and have approximately 12,500 acres of planted agave specifically for our consumption. We have a production capacity of 35 containers monthly. However our mission and commitment remains the same, a 100% ultra premium tequila.

Silver Classic.
---------------

This is the traditional tequila that started it all. Clear and transparent, triple distilled and triple filtered made with a 100% blue agave. The agave used is extra mature and harvested when the plant is approximately 8-9 years old. It has the true bouquet and flavor of the blue agave.

It is young and smooth and is traditionally enjoyed in a "caballito" (2 oz small glass) or perfect for mixed drinks. The silver or blanco is used as a base for all our other tequilas.

Reposado.
----------
It is our silver (blanco) that has been rested in Canadian oak casks or vats called "pipones" for six to twelve months. The oak barrels give Reposado a mellowed taste, pleasing bouquet and its pale color. Reposado keeps the blue agave taste and is gentle to the palate.

Caramba Reposadois an intense spirit with subtle hints of exotic fruits, agave and slight wood aromas. It is also enjoyed in a "caballito" (2 oz small glass) or perfect for mixed drinks.

Reposado Pink
--------------
It's a new age reposado and represents the next generation of ultra premium tequila. Caramba Reposado Pink gets its color and unique taste from the Bordeaux barrels, in which they are aged for at least six months. It is an intense spirit with subtle hints of exotic fruits, agave and slight wood aromas.

It to can be enjoyed in a "caballito" (2 oz small glass) is perfect for mixed drinks and can be enjoyed on the rocks. Due to its naturally sweet flavor you can mix with a wide array of juices and mixes.

Añejo
--------
After aging for a minimum of one year, Tequila can then be classified as an "Añejo". The distillers are required to age Añejo Tequila in barrels that do not exceed 600 liters. One of the favorite aging containers are American Whiskey barrels.

This aging process darkens the Tequila to an Amber color and the flavor becomes smoother, richer, and more complex. Our Añejo is aged two years in Scotch Whiskey barrels for a more robust color, aroma and taste. To be enjoyed in a snifter or on the rocks.

Extra Añejo
-------------
A new classification added in the summer of 2006, labeling any Tequila aged more than 3 years an "Extra Añejo". Following the same rule as an "Añejo", the distillers must age the spirit in barrels or containers with a maximum capacity of 600 liters. With this extended amount of aging, the Tequila becomes much darker and obtains more of a Mahogany color.

This process makes the tequila so rich that it becomes difficult to distinguish it from other quality aged spirits such as a fine Cognac. After the aging process, the alcohol content must be diluted by adding distilled water.

These Extra Añejo's are rare, extremely smooth and complex. To be enjoyed in a snifter.
